MES students and staff will celebrate "Read Across America" next week. Take a look at all of the activities that have been planned throughout the week to make reading even more enjoyable and fun!

📢 History in Action! 🌍🕰️
This week, Mr. Adams' World History students stepped into the shoes of global leaders in our WWI Secret Alliances Simulation! 🤝⚔️
Students represented different nations, formed secret alliances, and navigated the tense political landscape of pre-World War I Europe. They negotiated treaties, debated strategy, and experienced firsthand how complex diplomacy could lead to unintended consequences. It all comes to a dramatic conclusion when the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand sets off a chain reaction that changes history forever. 🔥
This interactive lesson helped our students develop critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills while making history come alive! 💡📜
Check out some highlights from the activity below! ⬇️
