High School Child Development class has been learning about key theorists. Students have participated in different play stations this week to help them understand specific theories and how they apply today.





JH varsity quiz bowl took 2nd place at the Olpe meet today. Members are Kaston Ratcliff, Mason McDonald, Lily Kingery, Zoaie Quintana, Hallie Davis, and Olivia Adams.

Madison Elementary had a wonderful turnout for our Near and Dear Day on Jan 18th! Our students were so excited for their special people to visit their classrooms and share in a fun learning activity. Smiles, cheer, and pride filled our classrooms and our hearts. Thank you to all who participated.

Matthew Knobloch with the Madison Fire Department spoke to the 7th-grade ELA students about why Madison is a great community. The 7th graders are working on an informative essay on how their local government's roles and responsibilities make their community great. Thank you Matthew for presenting to our students!"


USD 386 STUCO Officers went to Emporia to "Lunch with your Legislator" where they listened to U.S. Congressman Jake LaTurner visit with constituents about issues impacting them, and his work in Washington. Students were given time to sit down and visit with Rep. LaTurner about issues affecting students and young voters.
