
High school volleyball 9/12 at Leroy with SCC has turned into a triangular. Madison JV girls will play at 4 pm with the triangular for varsity starting at 5pm.


High school and junior high cheer attended the Chanute Spirit Spreader.

HS football will practice tomorrow 8/26 at 5:30 AM

Due to excessive heat, the Cross Country team will practice at 6:15 Monday and Tuesday morning.

We are excited to show you our updated elementary teacher's lounge that was completed over the summer. We were able to add a sink, countertop and storage. Thank you to our PAWS organization for funding the project, Ty Gaines for donating his plumbing service, and Liam Shaklee for donating the countertop! Thank you to Curtis Brunk, Diane Brunk, Lacy Auchard, and Connie Kelley for all the work that went into making it a reality!

USD #386 PreK-12th grade enrollment is quickly approaching. All district enrollment will be held on Tuesday, July 23 in the High School new gym from 12-6 PM. The first day of the 2024-2025 school year will be Wednesday, August 14. The cross country team has officially made it to Colorado! They will spend a week at a running camp in Pueblo. They will learn that there is so much more to running than just running.


After writing their children’s books, the 7th graders visited the 1st and 2nd graders during lunch on Tuesday to read their books to them. The 7th graders felt successful after hearing reviews such as, “1,000 stars!” and “You should make this into a real book!"
