Summer Weights In Full Swing

Summer weights is open to any student in Madison and Hamilton from 5th grade and up.  Morning weights goes from 6:30-8 and afternoon weights are from 4:30-6, Monday through Thursday.  A work out takes about 45 minutes to complete.  Last day of summer weights is August 1st. There will be NO summer weights on July 4th.  Contact Coach Mac with any questions.
