The Elementary has a new Resource Room teacher! Mrs. Deanna Bittinger has joined our Elementary as a K-6 Special Education teacher. Deanna grew up in Iola, KS, until the 7th grade when her family moved to Yates Center. After high school she attended Allen County CC and Pittsburg State for her BSE. She is currently a Masters student at Emporia State University in the Adaptive Special Education program. Deanna and her husband are enjoying the country life outside of Burlington with their 5th grade son. They spend time attending sporting events, band concerts, fishing, swimming, gardening, four-wheeling and many other outdoor activities. Welcome Deanna! We are so lucky to have you with us! |
